- She is wine tasting teacher in French and in English at the Wine Museum of Paris- Marie-Lise conducts and animates since 15 years VIP wine tasting events (tasting of Champagnes, Cognacs and Armagnacs) outside of the Wine Museum in French and in English (Cruises on the Seine River, at the Castles in Ile-de-France region)

 

 

Monique Josse

 

- Monique is a wine tasting teacher in French and in English, an expert in wine and wine consultant since 25 years (drafting wine lists for hotel's restaurants)
- Monique conducts wine tasting courses at the INSEAD (Fontainebleau) since 18 years.

- She assures advanced wine trainings for professional and advanced wine tasting courses at the Wine Museum of Paris.

- Monique is also a teacher at the "Institute of the Taste".- She assures the wine selection and wine critics of French and foreign wines during the international congresses and dinners, organised by the wine brotherhood "Conseil des Echansons de France".

- Monique is the author of the first comic strip on wine.

- Véronique is the chief sommelière at the Wine Museum of Paris.

- She participates actively in wine animations in French, English and Spanish, for professionals and for individuals at the Wine Museum

- Véronique was the Wine Manager of the Wine Bar "The French Paradoxe" and Sommelière Assistant at the gastronomic restaurant «Thorton» (2 stars Michelin) in Dublin, Ireland

- She absolved the training programs at prestigious establishments: "Les Sources de Caudalies", luxurious wine therapy complex in Martillac (4 stars) and in gastronomic restaurant "Hotellerie Plaisance" in St. Emilion

 

 

Tony Da-Costa

 

- Tony holds the graduation diploma from VITI OENO (Oenological institute) of Beaune (Burgundy)..

- Tony was sommelier in prestigious establishments (Moulin d'hauterive, lameloise, Martinez, Ducasse).

- He joined the team of wine trainers of the Wine Museum and conducts wine tasting courses.

-Florence gives wine tasting courses to individuals since having absolved her studies. She made this choice to share her passion for the wine.

-She joined the team of wine trainers of the Wine Museum and conducts wine tasting courses and animates VIP wine tasting events at the Wine Museum and at other various sites.
